Sales & CRM
Customer Meeting Prep Agent
Assist-only · Starter · High severity
Works with: D365 Sales, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams
The problem
People walk into customer meetings cold. The context exists — CRM notes, past emails, open cases, unpaid invoices, documents — but it's scattered across five systems and nobody has 30 minutes to assemble it.
What the agent does
- Trigger: external-attendee meeting detected on the calendar (evening before).
- Matches attendees to D365 accounts/contacts.
- Gathers: open opportunities and cases, last meeting notes, recent email threads, open invoices/orders, relevant SharePoint documents.
- Posts a one-page brief to the organizer in Teams: who's attending, what's open, what changed since last touch, suggested talking points, and any landmines (open complaint, overdue invoice).
You need this if
- Multiple people touch each account and context lives in heads
- Meetings start with "so where did we leave off?"
- Owner/executive joins client calls and needs fast context
Who uses it
Sales reps, account managers, executives, project leads.
What goes in, what comes out
In: calendar, D365 account data, email threads, documents. Out: meeting brief in Teams ~16 hours before the meeting.
Why it pays
Turns 30 minutes of assembly into zero, and raises meeting quality — clients notice when your whole team "remembers everything."
Built to be trusted
- Read-only; brief goes only to the meeting organizer/internal attendees
- Respects document permissions — never surfaces content the user can't already open
- Runs entirely in your Microsoft tenant — first-party connectors, DLP-enforced, your permissions model.
